The Chan Sudden Approach Teaching is the sudden non-method approach, which can be practiced in synch with other meditation methods, such as the Hua Tou (Deep Question) and the Mo Zhao (Silent Illumination). Therefore, we provide retreats of different time length to beginners, advanced practitioners, and monastics that deeply engages participants in various techniques.
During the retreats the participants will be involved in working , exercising, sitting, walking and bowing periods to help them understand Buddhism through different vehicles and to be able to use the principles in daily life.
